Chehalis
- Chehalis is the county seat and largest city in Lewis County with a population of around 7,300. It is located along Interstates 5 and 6 near the confluence of the Chehalis and Newaukum Rivers. Chehalis is home to the Lewis County Historical Museum and the annual WA State International Kite Festival.
Centralia
- Centralia is the second largest city in Lewis County with a population of over 16,000. It was founded in 1875 and was originally named Centerville. Centralia's economy is based on lumber, agriculture, and retail. Points of interest include the Chehalis Western Trail, the Schueber Plaza Railroad Museum, and Borst Park.
- Morton is a small town of about 1,100 people located on the Tilton River. It was initially built as a logging camp but now relies on agriculture and light manufacturing.
