Warren County is a county located in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. As of the 2010 census, the population was 41,815 and a population density of 47 people per km². After 10 years in 2020 county had an estimated population of 38,911 inhabitants. Its county seat is Warren. The county was created 205 years ago in 1819.

Albany County sits within southeastern Wyoming, nestled against the Colorado border. The county was formed in 1868 from territory previously part of Laramie County. It was named in honor of New York’s Albany County.

The Union Pacific Railroad expansion brought early growth and Laramie emerged as a key stop. Ranching, mining, and agriculture drove settlement. The University of Wyoming was established in 1886.
